Goal setting can feel overwhelming, particularly if you have tried before and never quite achieved what you set out to do. When goals are too big, too vague or disconnected from the reality of everyday life, it is easy to lose momentum and quietly give up.
The free 30 Day Goal Setting Workshops offers a more grounded and achievable approach.
Rather than planning months ahead or trying to change everything at once, the focus is on one clear, realistic goal for the next 30 days. Working in shorter time frames helps reduce pressure, creates focus and makes it much easier to follow through. Planning alongside others also brings reassurance, perspective and a sense that you are not doing this alone.
Each workshop is a 90 minute guided group session designed to provide structure, encouragement and gentle accountability.
During the session, you will be supported to:
1. Choose one meaningful goal to focus on for the next 30 days.
2. Look honestly at your existing commitments and available time and block out busy periods and protect space for yourself.
3. Break your goal into manageable, realistic steps.
4. Assign dates and times so your plan works in real life, not just on paper
5. Identify what you need to say no to in order to move forward.
Working in a group setting creates a shared sense of intention. You are supported to reflect, plan and commit to your goal in a space that is calm, focused and encouraging. There is no pressure to share more than you are comfortable with, but many people find that hearing others’ goals and experiences brings valuable insight and motivation.

One of the key benefits of working with 30 day plans is clarity. You quickly begin to see where progress is being made and where it is not. This is not about judgement or failure. It is useful information.
Reviewing progress in a group environment adds another layer of accountability and support. Knowing you will return the following month encourages follow through, while shared reflection helps normalise challenges and celebrate progress.
By focusing on singular goals repeatedly, month after month, you also begin to build habits that support consistency and follow through. Over time, these habits create a strong foundation, putting you in good stead to work towards bigger goals with far less overwhelm.
The 30 Day Planning Workshop takes place on the first Tuesday of the month, from 9.15am - 10.45am (GMT/UTC).
Each session will start with a warm welcome, check-in, wins and intention-setting, followed by focused time to work on goals and plans for the next 30 days.
You will leave the workshop with clear, realistic plans and a renewed sense of confidence in your ability to make progress, supported by the momentum of the group.
This workshop is free to attend and runs monthly.
It is ideal for self-employed people, small business owners and individuals who want clarity, structure and a supportive space to reset and refocus.
For those who find they benefit from ongoing encouragement, structure and accountability, the workshop may provide a gentle introduction to The Accountability Club.
You will be asked to complete a short form confirming your contact details. A welcome email with all the relevant joining instructions will be sent out a few days prior to the workshop date.
